PICK-UP SCHEDULE & LOCATIONS

  • Jericho: Farmers’ Market, Mills Riverside Park, Thursdays from 3:00 pm - 6:30 pm

  • Fairfax: Delicious Dirt Farm, Fridays from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm

HOW TO CONTACT US

Our primary form of communication with members is via EMAIL.

If you need to reach us, we prefer you email us at deliciousdirt.designs@gmail.com.

You can reach our landline at 802-242-1428.

We’ll email you each week, typically on Monday, with the harvest list and accompanying recipes for the coming week.

Please be sure to check your email inbox every week, and “whitelist” our emails so we don’t end up in your spam/junk folder.

For gmail: drag one of our emails out of the “promotions” tab and into your primary tab.

For other email providers: add our email address to your address book.

IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR PICK-UP LOCATION

While we’ll gladly accommodate you if you need to change your pick-up once or twice, we ask that you choose one location and stick to it. 

Logistically, we aren’t able to track multiple changes from week to week.  We commit to you and work hard to deliver your share as scheduled, and we ask that you in turn pick up at the scheduled time.

MISSED PICK-UP POLICY

If you know you’re going to miss pick-up, you have three options:

  1. Have someone else pick up for you

  2. Contact us at least 1 day beforehand to switch your day.

  3. Donate your share to the Fairfax Food Shelf.

If you miss pick-up without notifying us ahead of time:

Email us that night, and we’ll hold your share at the farm for one day.  For example, if you pick-up on Thursdays in Jericho, you can come to the farm to get your share on Friday by 7:00 pm.  

*Once you’ve emailed us and received confirmation* missed shares will be put in a cooler in our farm stand, to be picked up by 7:00 pm the following day.  

After that, any missed shares will be donated to the Fairfax Food Shelf. If you miss pick-up without notifying us ahead of time, and miss the extended pick-up window, we aren’t able to offer you another share that week, as we’ve already harvested for you.
